Hello, I’m Emma.

A certified executive coach, leadership development consultant, facilitator, and accredited Enneagram practitioner. With over two decades in HR and people development, I specialize in guiding leaders and teams through meaningful transformation.​

In 2019, I founded Change at Play, a coaching and consulting practice dedicated to unlocking human potential. I work with leaders and teams through one-on-one coaching, workshops, and team development experiences that help to cultivate self-awareness, shift unproductive patterns, and lead from a place of authenticity, presence and power.

I believe that real change starts within. When we do the inner work, especially in how we relate to ourselves, others, and the systems we lead, it ripples outward, creating lasting impact across our teams and organizations.

My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in the latest research in psychology, neuroscience, and adult development. I focus on developing conscious, courageous leaders who are ready to grow from the inside out - leaders who communicate powerfully, influence authentically, and lead with clarity and purpose.

In 2023, I co-founded the Institute of Positive Leadership with Alina Campos. Our programs are designed for real-world application and built around our Core Resilience Competencies, supporting leaders to shift mindsets, build emotional agility, and lead with greater trust, agility, and clarity.

I’m a lifelong learner, deeply curious about human behavior and potential. I'm credentialed by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and committed to continuous development to provide best-in-class coaching and development experiences to the leaders and teams I support.
