A certified executive coach, leadership development consultant, facilitator and accredited Enneagram practitioner, I have over 20 years of experience in HR and people development supporting leaders at all levels to navigate complexity and change.

In 2019, I founded my coaching practice, Change at Play. Through executive coaching and team development, I help leaders unlock their potential and drive meaningful change. I believe that we all have the capacity to lead well and live well, and I'm passionate about helping leaders change to become better leaders and reach their full potential.

My International HR Business Partnership experience and business expertise with many Fortune 500 companies, means I bring a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that leaders face, as well as a strong track record of success in helping them achieve their goals.

In 2023, I co-founded the Institute of Positive Leadership with my business partner Alina Campos. It’s our mission to help people leaders navigate change and respond positively to the complex issues facing them and their teams. Our development programs use the latest research in positive psychology and behavioral science to equip leaders with the critical skills they need to lead themselves and their teams with impact in today’s challenging environment.
